Background
Aaryn Griggs is the founder and owner of All Things Aligning, a business rooted in connecting people, purpose, and progress. With a passion for aligning visionary goals with organized outcomes, her journey began as the co-founder of Ambition Is Ageless, a clothing brand she launched with her sister. She went on to serve as an executive assistant to a title company CEO, and later as an outreach specialist in the nonprofit sector. All roles that deepened her connection to Pittsburgh’s network of local businesses and community-based organizations.
Aaryn excels in community engagement, event coordination, customer service, administrative operations, and social media strategy & management. Through All Things Aligning, she channels these strengths to foster community growth and collaboration. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to bridge people with businesses and organizations who are committed to empowering and uplifting their local communities.
